I'm excited to share the work I created in collabo

I'm excited to share the work I created in collaboration with @baby_talks_mt and @mymama.mt .
A series of illustrations designed to present and accompany the very first event organized by this wonderful initiative.

Becoming a parent is like embarking on a new journey—filled with love, but also with challenges, difficulties, and so many questions and doubts. Baby Talks aims to be a support network, bringing together professionals and useful information to help and guide new families and parents.

The biggest challenge was designing each illustration as an element that works well both within the overall composition and as a standalone, so the Baby Talks team could use the various elements across different formats, platforms, and media. I'm really happy with how it turned out, what do you think?

1. Abbiamo disegnato aerei e lumachine
2. Piantato un albero di Mango (il seme lo avevo messo nell’acqua 10 anni fa, poi passato ai miei suoceri, ora tornato da noi)
3. finalmente qualcosa nell’orto si smuove
4. piante di borragine alte più di Zeno
5. sarai una bellissima farfalla
6. e tu una bellissima coccinella che terrà le nostre piantine al sicuro dagli afidi
7. il primo autoscontro non si scorda mai, tanto più se si è in piena crush per i mezzi di trasporto e le macchinine
8. vai da Ikea prospettando una domenica di pianti e scleri per non fargli rompere nulla e lui che fa? si addormenta nel carrello

1. We drew planes and little snails
2. Planted a mango tree (I put the seed in water 10 years ago, then passed it to my in-laws, and now it's back with us)
3. Finally, the vegetable garden is recovering from the non-stop rain and cold.
4. Borage plants taller than Zeno
5. You will be a beautiful butterfly
6. And you will be a lovely ladybug that will keep our plants safe from aphids
7. The first bumper car ride is unforgettable!
8. When you go to Ikea with a toddler and expect a Sunday full of tears and stress but he falls asleep in the cart

I'm excited to finally share a series of illustrations I created for Harvard Business Review's spring special issue! The theme was "How to Lead When Everyone’s Exhausted." Each illustration pairs with an article that dives into different aspects of the topic, from collaborating without burning out to managing a high-intensity workplace. Every piece captures the unique essence of its article while keeping a cohesive look throughout the issue.

I had so much fun working on this project and want to thank the art director Carey Bass and my agent @marlenaagency for their support!
